Proximity Warning Core
Tag-based proximity warning
RFID personnel tags and vehicle-mounted antennas detect workers in a full 360-degree field. Tags last more than three years without charging, and zones are configurable from 2 to 10 metres.
The full SensorZone range: proximity warning systems, specialist safety systems, system components and the Insights Platform.

Tag-based, camera-based or both, plus SensorZone Flex for forklift fleets.

Tag-based proximity warning
RFID personnel tags and vehicle-mounted antennas detect workers in a full 360-degree field. Tags last more than three years without charging, and zones are configurable from 2 to 10 metres.

Tag and camera hybrid system
Adds AI camera detection to Core. Tagged workers are detected by RFID, while untagged visitors, contractors and members of the public are identified by high-definition AI cameras.

Camera-only detection
AI cameras detect people and vehicles without tags, with colour-coded distance alerts, live streaming and downloadable video clips.

Forklift proximity warning as a service
The same tag detection as Core in a single magnetically mounted unit, delivered as a fully managed monthly subscription with installation, training and analytics included.
Systems for moving hazards, collection rounds and overhead risks, plus the data platform behind every product.

Pick-up-and-go protection
A 2.4 kg battery-powered unit with magnetic mounting that moves between vehicles in minutes, or zones off a hazard such as an open excavation.

Bin lift safety
Creates a detection zone around the bin lift at the rear of a refuse collection vehicle and stops the lift cycle if a tagged worker is too close.

Boom height restriction
The Series 2H continually measures boom angle and extension to enforce a height ceiling, protecting against powerline and overhead strikes.

Safety analytics for every system
Every system feeds the Insights Platform, which turns proximity events into heat maps, trends, video clips and AI-generated coaching recommendations.

A tag-based SensorZone system is built from five components: the personnel tag, the antenna, the base station, the in-cab operator display and the external alarm beacon. Each one is designed for harsh industrial conditions.

Most sites start with Proximity Warning Core where every worker can carry a tag. Proximity Warning Plus adds cameras for untagged visitors, and Vision360 suits fleets where tags are not practical. Our proximity warning guide explains the differences.
Yes. Tag-based products use the same personnel tags, and all systems feed the same Insights Platform, so you can combine products across one site or many.
Yes. SensorZone systems are retrofitted to existing vehicles and machines from all major manufacturers, typically in around an hour per vehicle.
Yes. SensorZone Flex provides forklift proximity warning as a fully managed subscription from $149 per forklift per month, including installation, training and analytics.
The Insights Platform is available with SensorZone systems. Contact our team for details of the access tiers and features included with your configuration.
